Due to a recent flood of spam, and an increasing level of irritation in dealing with it, I'm instituting some new rules:
* admin approval is now required for all new account registrations.
* registration requests using questionable username or email addresses will be deleted
* any account spamming the forums will be summarily deleted.
These restrictions shouldn't impede any real humans, but will hopefully put a stop to the spammage. Apologies in advance if your registration isn't approved promptly or is deleted; in such cases, please PM me.

Bits is a daddy... AGAIN!

Bits' Busted Wrist
I hope everyone had a Merry Chistmas... mine was quite peacefull, with the exception of slipping on the ice and breaking my right wrist (snapped it in two places).
So much for taking out the trash...
Anyway, I've got a trackball that I can work with my left hand, but my left-handed typing skills leave a lot to be desired. So, I don't think I'll be spending a lot of time on the computer.
Needless to say, any programming-type efforts (like CKR for COD2 and AutoKick updates) are on-hold pending the results of my appointment with the orthopedic surgeon. With luck, I won't need surgery.

CKR for CoD2!
Yes, we're working on it... and they haven't made it easy.
Of course it's the weapons mod you've all come to expect, but COD2 brings some new twists -- like a brand new health system (which CKR turns off), grenade indicators (that CKR turns off), and death icons (that CKR turns off).
With more recent game releases having new (and maybe better?) capabilities for kicking players and managing ban lists, do you still use AutoKick?
Or has AutoKick outlived its usefullness?

CKR:UO Beta Release
The CKR for COD:UO beta has been released, get it here.
This is a beta release, meaning not all functionality is included or supported, and it may crash your server. If you use it, please keep an eye on your server and report any problems in the forums.
As always, check the README for important info -- your existing ckr.cfg (if you have one) will need to be adjusted.
